Something 'bout stress, tension, depressed, down, gloomy, and ect.
Semenjak dua menjak ni dah rasa semakin stress, exam pun semakin dekat.
Students' life_ stress, haha, usual =)
So, how i cope with this?
Lain orang lain caranya,
tapi bg saya,
the first way how i cope with this gloomy situation, is i will SLEEP.
Yes, TIDUR. haha, si, kawan2 yg nampak saya selalu sgt tidur tu maknanya tengah stress, haha <w'pun hakikatnya tak stress pun suka tidur =) tapi kalau tiba2 ada masalah, tidur adalah perkara utama yang saya akan buat. Haha, for me, when i sleep, i'll be in my own dreams,
takda sapa pun boleh kacau ! Haha, having fun in my own world, n kadang2 boleh buat benda yang di luar jagkaan ketika di dalam mimpi ! Haha, mcm baru2 ni, got in terrible stress, and i enjoyed my own slept, on my own pillow mellow mattress, and dreaming i was driving in my own VolkswagenThe Beetle ! Haha !

Actually, sleeping is ggod for women's beauty ! They don't call it "beauty sleep" for nothing. While you sleep, your body repairs itself. Experts say you need 8 hours of sleep to avoid puffy, bloodshot eyes, as well as dark under-eye circles and a pale washed-out complexion. =)
I’m just a human. I’m not perfect, I enjoy my life but still I had my breakdown occasionally especially when I’m super exhausted. It’s ok to feel like that. It’s acceptable and only temporary. We are not angels. As long as we know how to manage it. It should be fine.
Next, Imagine this.. you’re lack of sleep for days, physically exhausted from all things, teachers are asking for homeworks,screaming for experiment reports, add-maths exercise, and blablabla, , you haven’t bathe, and all you want to do is just rest preferably in a quiet environment which is almost impossible!!Bila semua mcm ni jadi, what I do is I just go somewhere quiet. Usually THAT WILL BE IN TOILET. Hahaha… Close my eyes, take deep breath in and out until I feel better, then I switched back to my student mode =)
Next. Ramai yang cakap bila mereka stress, banyak yang layan lagu. Ok jugak mcm tu. Kalau saya mungkin akan layan lagu jugak, tapi jarang2 untuk memilih mendengar lagu bila stress. Dengar pun lagu2 balada, penyejuk jiwa. Hahah!
Tapi, saya memilih untuk layan Raja Lawak, Maharaja Lawak, Karoot Komedia, Super Spontan or apa2 sahaja yg boleh buat saya gelak, ketawa ! Haha! Tengok yang dah ulang 50 kali pun tak kesah asal boleh buat gelak and release segala resah, masalah dalam otak. Haha, tapi kalau di hostel, no tv or youtube, saya lebih memilih membaca. Tapi bukan bahan berat2, just Ujang or Apo ! Haha, that's why la kawan2 selalu jumpa banyak majalah Ujang dlm laci meja saya ! Haha!
Another important thing is to let your other half know. My Captain,my mama or my sista, they're my best partner-in-crime, they have been a great support to me. they knows when I started to look like zombie walking around the house, they will try to make me up, happy and smiling =)
Kawan2 jugak banyak membantu, tenkiu then =)
But as for now, I’m just gonna enjoy my life while I can..
